JG Travel Group (JGTG) has appointed Dino Toouli to the newly created position of Group Head of Trade Sales.
The news comes two months after JGTG acquired Omega Holidays Group, for which Mr Toouli was Head of Trade Sales. He will be responsible for developing the Omega Holidays and Just Go! Holidays brands with the trade.
“This is an exciting opportunity for me,” says Mr Toouli. “I have spent the past four years introducing Omega Holidays to our network of agents and nurturing those relationships. I’ve now been given the task of doing the same for Just Go!
“It’s a fantastic brand with a very loyal customer base and offers great value-for-money holidays by coach and now air, too.”
JGTG says it is embarking on a period of significant inorganic growth, “successfully innovating and embracing new holiday concepts”.
The company has just announced 11 UK-wide departures to see the Chinese Terracotta Army in Liverpool next year, with two-day breaks between March and May costing £115pp including return coach travel.
JGTG was founded in 1996 as The Coach Holiday Warehouse, becoming Just Go! Holidays from 2011, and JGTG in September 2017. Since 2016 it has been backed by Kings Park Capital, a private equity firm specialising in leisure sector investments.
