NAT Group has taken over the operation of five key bus routes in Swansea and introduced simplified fares to all its routes in the city.
The new services commenced on 1 August and are run under contract to Swansea Council.
Says NAT Group MD Adam Keen: “It is particularly exciting news for our local team in Swansea, who are passionate about providing high-quality bus services in their city.”
The simplified fare structure has been designed to make bus use more convenient, adds Mr Keen. It is based on a zonal system, with some low-use tickets removed from sale.
