A National Express Coventry double-decker got stuck after travelling down a closed road on Tuesday (7 November). Following a failed three-point turn in New Street, Kenilworth, the bus became stuck on a traffic island and fluid appeared to be running out from the bottom.
A National Express Coventry spokesperson says: "We are investigating this incident and apologise for any inconvenience caused to local residents on New Street.
"Due to the temporary closure of New Street, service 11 is currently on diversion via Common Lane, Dalehouse Lane, Mill End, Stoneleigh Road and Albion Street."
