Lothian Motorcoaches’ proud Scottish roots are being reflected in a new heritage brand uniform created by Chesterfield-based bus and coach outfitting specialist Pride & Joy.

The new look for staff running Lothian Motorcoaches’ new fleet of vehicles has been supplied to 12 drivers so far.

“We wanted the uniform to tie in with the high specification of our coaches, so it was important that it was smart and formal. We also wanted it to have a unique Scottish look, preferably using tartan and a suit jacket and waistcoat as the foundation garment,” says General Manager Mark Heritage.

He says uniform plays a vital role in taking the business forward and the company has received nothing but positive comments from individual customers and clients about the new one.

“Our staff feel proud to wear the uniforms and we love the look – so much so we’ve even had kilts made in the same fabric for special events such as weddings.”
