The Group Buyer Forum, arranged by group travel specialists Steve Reed Tourism, will take place in the iconic RHS Wisley Garden in Surrey on Monday 3 April from 1030-1400hrs.
Arranged with support from Epsom Coaches, the event puts sellers together with buyers to cultivate group bookings.
“The event is a bit like speed-dating for groups,” says Steve Reed, MD of Steve Reed Tourism. “The many coach and tour operators and active group travel organisers attending the event will be able to meet face-to-face attractions, destinations, transport providers, tourist boards and hotels from all over the UK.”
The event will include a special prize draw, guided tours of RHS Wisley Garden, and lunch. Guests and exhibitors will have free parking at Wisley and Epsom Coaches will be providing a free connection between Woking railway station and RHS Wisley.
The exhibitors will include Visit Guildford and Visit Surrey; Warner Leisure Hotels; the National Memorial Arboretum; French Brothers River Cruises; Ena Mill Retail; The Kent and East Sussex Railway; Birdworld and Forest Lodge Garden Centre in Guildford; Waddesdon Manor National Trust Property; De Vere Venues; Torquay Leisure Hotels; Denbies Wine Estate; and The Royal Mint Experience.
