Hertfordshire’s Uno has launched a new specially liveried bus to celebrate Pride Month.
The bus features 11 colours and the strapline “Herts full of pride”, a promotion launched by the University of Hertfordshire’s equality, diversity and inclusion office and run through the university during Pride Month.
It will join Uno’s Hertfordshire fleet permanently and see service on routes 601 running between Borehamwood to Welwyn Garden City and 614, Queensbury and Barnet to Hatfield.
“We’re committed to supporting Pride in Hertfordshire, both within the university and wider community throughout the county,” says Jim Thorpe, Managing Director at Uno. “At Uno, we’re committed to equality and diversity and this smart new bus is a very visual way of showing off what we’re all about – the university bus For everyone!”
