Grant Palmer, which is based in Flitwick, has added an Enviro200 to its fleet. It was supplied by Alexander Dennis (01909 551166).

At 8.9m the bus was a stock example. Alexander Dennis converted it to the buyer’s specification and painted it before delivery. Work included reupholstering the 30 seats to match the operator’s red livery.

Says MD Grant Palmer: “Once again I am pleased to purchase from Alexander Dennis. Its British-built products and the aftersales backup are class leading.

“This recent addition is generating great feedback from customers, as well as positive comments from drivers.”

The Enviro200 has been put to work on service 34 between Ampthill and Flitwick and Milton Keynes, which recently gained an enhanced timetable.
