Eastbourne bus driver Brian Newton will dress up as Father Christmas and distribute goodwill and goodies to passengers on a specially-decorated ‘Santa bus’ to raise funds for a local charity.
This will be the third festive season that Brian, who has been with Stagecoach in Eastbourne for five years, has played Santa.
He will be collecting donations for the You Raise Me Up charity from passengers when he is driving a route 1/1A, 1X, 3 or Loop bus from 18 December until Christmas Eve.
