Fleet safety technology supplier GreenRoad has appointed Yali Harari (pictured, left) as CEO and Yossi Carmil (right) as Executive Chairman as part of what it describes as a leadership evolution aimed at accelerating global expansion and advancing its next-generation AI platform.

Yali steps into the CEO role after leading GreenRoad’s AI strategy for the past two years. The supplier says that work has helped develop its Predictive Agentic AI capabilities into a commercial platform designed to anticipate risk and improve safety outcomes for operators.

Alongside the CEO appointment, Yossi joins the business as Executive Chairman after two decades as CEO of digital intelligence company Cellebrite, overseeing its growth from startup stage to a publicly listed business.

Outgoing CEO Zohar Elhanani will move to GreenRoad’s Board of Directors after four years leading the company. Under his tenure, the business says it has strengthened its product base and positioned itself to capitalise on growing demand for AI-enabled fleet safety technologies.

The company says the appointments come at a point when adoption of its predictive safety technology is increasing across coach, bus and commercial fleets worldwide.

“GreenRoad has reached an important stage in its journey, with strong technology, growing market demand, and a clear opportunity to scale globally,” says Haim Shani, Board Member and former Chairman. “As co-founder and General Partner of IGP, the long-term investors and owners of the company, I can proudly say that IGP remains fully committed to GreenRoad’s future and to supporting the next phase of its growth. I look forward to continuing to contribute as a Board member. Having previously partnered with both Yali and Yossi in scaling successful technology companies, I am confident that this leadership structure provides the right foundation to realize GreenRoad’s full potential.”

Comments Yali: “[GreenRoad] is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. Our Predictive Agentic AI is already helping fleets reduce risk and improve safety every day. With strong customer momentum and a clear product roadmap, we are well positioned to expand globally and redefine the future of bus and coach safety.”

Adds Yossi: “GreenRoad has built something genuinely differentiated. The combination of deep domain expertise in public transportation safety, a commercially proven predictive agentic AI platform, strong global customer traction and a committed investor base creates a compelling foundation for growth. I look forward to working closely with Yali and the management team to unlock the company’s full global potential.”
