NAT Group offers NHS workers free travel and goes cashless

In response to coronavirus COVID-19, New Adventure Travel (NAT) Group has implemented free travel on its buses for all NHS workers with an NHS staff pass. 

The operator has also introduced a cashless policy. Passengers must pay for journeys via its mobile app, contactless card or using a pre-purchased ticket or pass. 

The measure will be on all of the company’s services across South Wales. 

Managing Director Adam Keen says: “Our priority is protecting our drivers and passengers and helping to limit the spread of COVID-19, while also supporting our heroic NHS workers who are doing an incredible job on the frontline in unimaginable circumstances.”
