Municipal Network Warrington has appointed Ben Wakerley as Managing Director of the 100-bus business. He replaces Damian Graham who retires on 31 May, after 40 years industry service.
Currently Operations Director at Abellio London & Surrey, Mr Wakerley is from Bolton and started his career with First Manchester as a bus driver, before rising to Operations Manager.
He moved to First London & Berkshire, as General Manager, and then went on to become Head of Operations & Interim UK Operations Director for National Express UK Coach.
