TeamTotalKare has raised £1000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity which was selected as the firm’s charity partner of the year last year.

Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity raises vital funds in order to provide the best experience possible for the children being treated at the hospital and their families.

Throughout 2019, the team has participated in a variety of activities in order to raise funds, including a 5km Tough Mudder challenge, a summer buffet lunch, raffles and monthly mufti days.

As well as fundraising, a couple of members of staff took up a volunteering opportunity at the hospital in December, taking part in ‘Elf Duty’, helping to sort and distribute Christmas presents to various wards.

Clare Abrey, Marketing Executive at Totalkare says: “It was a heart-warming experience delivering presents directly to the wards and interacting with a couple of the young patients along the way. It was nice to have had the opportunity to support, not only through monetary donations, but directly at the hospital as well.”
