A new desktop- and app-based HR solution from Mandata provides improved visibility and control of the driver workforce and costs.
The app consists of three core features: Holiday and leave, timesheets, and (optionally) expenses. It can be quickly accessed by HR staff with dashboard-style reporting.
It allows drivers to update their shift hours, submit holiday requests, easily report sickness and absence, and upload expenses and receipts.
That allows employers to keep better track of driver availability and costs. Approved leave requests feed into Mandata’s traffic management programme.
