After raising nearly £2,000 last year for Berman Stroke Unit 1 at Nottingham City Hospital through our 6+1 Peak Challenge, our team has now finalised our fundraiser for 2019.

This year, it is a "Mountains for Mind 10 Peak Challenge" – We’ll be taking on the Coledale Round to fundraise for Mind.

This 13-mile circular walk takes on 10 summits in the north-western fells, starting and finishing in Braithwaite. The peaks we climb are: Barrow (455m); Outerside (568m); Causey Pike (673m); Scar Crags (672m); Sail (773m); Crag Hill (839m); Wandope (772m); Grasmoor (852m); Hopegill Head (770m) and Grisedale Pike (791m).

I am one of the team of six from Nottingham City Transport which includes: Jack Smith, Lee McClory, Wayne Massey, Paul Radford and Rob Squires.

We'd welcome your support, generosity and donations through our Just Giving Page: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mountainsformind

Thanks in advance from us all.

Anthony Carver-Smith, Nottingham City Transport
