The information screens in Chester Bus Interchange (routeone/news/30 August) are next to useless, being split three ways to show park-and-ride, trains, and local buses.
As a result, they do not go far enough ahead and when I was there it was not possible to get to the station in time to catch any of the trains it was showing, plus the bus departures showing were almost all to Blacon.
The existing screen needs to be devoted to local buses and a second provided for park-and-ride and trains.
