Phoenix Seating recently celebrated its 15th year in business with a charity golf day and evening celebration event in Wolverhampton.
Marking 15 years as an established seating manufacturer, we not only wanted to celebrate the occasion with an evening event, but wanted to bring together our customers and suppliers and help raise money for a charity that is close to our hearts.
Fundraising for Crohn’s & Colitis UK, we hosted a fun charity golf day with customers and suppliers with a variety of golfing experience.
Enjoying the start of British summer, which included the day kicking off with a brief summer rain shower and bacon sandwiches, the teams were eager to showcase their talents.
Two competitions, 18 holes and four or five hours of blazing sun later, there were some tired and slightly suntanned team members.
Raising over £1,000 for the charity, Phoenix then hosted a celebratory casino night with both former and existing suppliers and customers, complete with showcasing photographs of the owners and long serving employees, alongside snapshots of the original factory and seating designs.
With Phoenix going from strength to strength, it’s an exciting time for the company. Here’s to the next 15 years.
