Last week’s comment ‘never too big to fail’ caught my eye and are very true words. This does happen in our industry with operators having big ideas and big operations with the latest coaches, only to disappear down the line.
We can all look good but at a cost and sleepless nights. It beggars belief that companies go buying/spending when administration is only weeks or months away – or is it simply closing their eyes in being realistic of what’s going to happen?
It is nice to look good, but you still have to pay the finance. Be comfy and have what you can afford.
