CMAC Group has been awarded Gold accreditation from Investor in Customers (IIC) for the supplier’s third consecutive entry, reaffirming what it says is an ongoing commitment to delivering seamless transport and accommodation solutions across a variety of fields.
The accreditation process involves extensive surveys of customers, employees, and senior management. ComfortDelGro subsidiary CMAC Group adds that this year’s independent assessment reflects its continued success, with higher overall scores and increased response rates compared to previous Gold certifications.
Key satisfaction drivers for CMAC include the expertise and reliability of employees, clear and relevant communication, and a strong customer-centric ethos.
Speaking about the further accreditation, CMAC Group CEO Peter Slater says: “We are immensely proud to have secured Gold from IIC once again.
“This award recognises CMAC’s unwavering commitment to a customer-first culture – it reflects the strength of our processes, our people, and our relentless focus on exceeding customer expectations.”
Mr Slater adds that disruption to travel and transport is stressful for passengers and those operating such services, “so knowing that our team is there to step in and support makes a real difference.”
The survey conducted by IIC showed how a rail customer of CMAC Group said that during high-pressure situations, “CMAC is 100% reliable and professional, and a pleasure to deal with.”
Continues Mr Slater: “The IIC results validate our ongoing efforts to enhance every aspect of our user journey. Looking ahead, we remain committed to raising the bar across the sector and leveraging these insights to refine our services.”
Investor in Customers Managing Director Tony Barritt notes that CMAC Group “continues to demonstrate a genuine focus on its customers, consistently enhancing its service delivery.” He adds that achieving Gold accreditation for a third time represents “an outstanding accomplishment and emphasises that it is a company that customers can trust.”
