Go-Ahead Ireland has launched an employee app for drivers and operations staff. It has been developed by uTrack Software Solutions.
The app is designed to empower staff. Via their own devices it delivers duty management, including being able to check rotas; allows them to request holidays and overtime; permits communication with managers; and delivers other information. That includes best practice, policies and news.
Says Go-Ahead Ireland MD Ed Wills: “We have been working with uTrack to deliver a new employee app that will assist our colleagues in their daily roles.
“It will help with things like duty and holiday management, providing users with the ability to check and make changes wherever they are. It will also improve the company’s overall communication. That will allow us to distribute information directly to colleagues’ mobile devices.
