Chassis and Cab Specialists of Leigh reports that the use of chassis and wheel alignment equipment is delivering increased tyre life for customers’ vehicles.

In 2016 it upgraded to the Cam-aligner system. Using Josam camera technology, it enables accuracy, faster diagnostics and greater detail.

Director Alex Adshead says that having wheels aligned saves customers money on tyre expenditure and downtime. He adds that there is a bearing on compliance; misaligned wheels can soon render a set of tyres illegal.

The equipment was supplied by Automotive Equipment Solutions.
