Five dead in Scotland minibus crash

Details of the cause of the crash have not yet been released; police are appealing to dashcam footage

Four adults and a four-year-old boy have died after a minibus crashed with a 4×4 in Moray, Scotland; five others were injured.

Among those who died was Stagecoach bus driver, Ted Reid, 63. He was in the in the Nissan X-Trail 4×4 with Evalyn Collie, 69, and Audrey Appleby, 70.

The 39-year-old female driver of the 4×4 sustained serious injuries. Police say everyone in this car was local to this area.

The young boy and a woman, who also died, were in the minibus, which was carrying Italian tourists.

Police have said a three-year-old boy and four other adults were being treated in hospital, with one woman in a critical condition.

Details of the cause of the crash have not yet been released; police are appealing to dashcam footage.
