I’ve worked with a coach broker for many years and even went back after it fell on financial hardship.
However, I have never seen or heard it being this bad. In my opinion, since two key members of staff left earlier this year, one particular staff member has really lowered the standards of the company.
I believe he is driving suppliers and customers away at a ridiculous rate, with his constant lies and rudeness – even bullying.
There are endless promises of payment and extra cash and then blaming it on others for non-payment, as well as getting us to cover half-hearted jobs only tell us select bits of a job then it’s completely different when we arrive.
Customers are being let down hours before they travel, and he tells them the coaches are on their way when he hasn’t even booked it with a supplier. Its customer services must have worn their fingers to the bone dealing with the complaints. The reviews online speak for themselves.
I continue to work with this broker as it provides a steady income during the winter months, but where I can avoid dealing with this individual, I do.
I’d be very surprised if this broker is still operating this time next year.
