Indcar has signed an agreement with EVM as it seeks to build on its presence in Ireland. The joint venture will work under the name Indcar Ireland.
The partnership is part of Indcar’s European growth strategy. It is seen as a “great opportunity” to expand the dealer network with the goal of being “closer to clients and offering a more direct service.”
The agreement gives EVM exclusive rights to the distribution of Indcar models in Ireland: Mercedes Benz-based Next L8 and Next L9, and the Wing Iveco model, of which 3,000 are on roads throughout Europe.
Since 2001, Indcar has sold 300 vehicles in the Irish market.
Indcar CEO Gaël Queralt: “We are very excited to re-establish in Ireland and start this collaboration with EVM. We have a shared objective to provide high-quality minibuses and a reliable service network.
EVM’s Danny Mc Gee adds: “Our relationship with Indcar stretches back many years, so when the opportunity arose to represent the Indcar products, it was an easy decision. Our strong presence in the Irish market uniquely positions us to market, sell and support the product.”
