Lincolnshire-based Premier Pits has been named as the UK distributor for BrakeMate, a new Australian-made product designed as an elevated service platform for servicing heavy vehicle disc brake assemblies.

“It eliminates all manual lifting of the caliper and hub and substantially reduces service time, leading to a saving in both time and money,” according to Tulip Corp, which manufactures BrakeMate.

It says this cuts the time to replace a single disc by one hour and that a single user can complete the whole process.
