Herrington Coaches, based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, has taken delivery of its second Mercedes-Benz Tourismo in a year, supplied by EvoBus (UK) (02476 626000).
The newcomer is a 12.3m two-axle model that has 53 seats, satellite navigation, a reversing camera and a toilet. Power is from the 10.7-litre OM 470 engine coupled to a six-speed ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox.
The earlier Tourismo purchased by Herrington was a former demonstrator.
The latest coach was handed over by Area Sales Manager Gary Owen to Alan and Kevin Herrington in the dealer’s new sales centre in Coventry.
