Robinson Transport of Shetland has taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Atego with UNVI Touring GT bodywork. It was supplied by Coachtraders.
The Touring GT has 41 passenger seats plus a crew position, what UNVI describes as a “class leading” 7.7m3 of luggage capacity, and generous leg room for optimised passenger comfort. The 7.7-litre OM 936 engine is fitted and the Atego underframe comes with a GVW of 15,000kg.
Delivery of a new UNVI Touring GT to Robinson Transport represents a continuation of the operator’s existing relationship with Whitburn-based Coachtraders, which has supplied it with vehicles previously.
It also marks further success for the product in the Scottish coach market, with Robinson’s Touring GT being delivered at the same time that further examples were supplied to customers in Scotland.
