Stanley Travel of County Durham has taken delivery of a Volvo B8R with Panther bodywork, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).
Says Director Andrew Scott: “This latest delivery has given us the opportunity to renew our strong relationship with Plaxton. It offered the product that we were looking for at the right price.
“The coach will be used on a mixed variety of work within the UK and abroad, and with 57 seats it is particularly suited to our operation.
“It is the first of two coaches from Plaxton, with a Panther-bodied Volvo B11R to follow very soon.”
The Panther-bodied B8R is powered by the D8K 7.7-litre engine coupled to an I-Shift automated manual gearbox and it has a cherished registration.
