Eastleigh operator Xelabus has taken delivery a pair of Enviro400 double-deckers, supplied by Alexander Dennis under a rental package provided by Mistral.
The 11.5m, 85-seat examples are to a high specification and will be versatile additions to the Hampshire operator’s fleet. They will find use on a variety of work including private hire, home-to-school duties, contracted services and rail replacement.
They are the 15th and 16th vehicles for Xelabus facilitated by Mistral. Says National Retail Sales Manager Freddie Fuller: “I am delighted to hand over these buses to a valued customer of ours and further strengthen our relationship with Xelabus.
“These top-specification, high-capacity buses will help to improve its double-deck fleet age profile and certainly provide quality and comfort to its passengers.”
