Ashton Interchange marks construction milestone

Ashton Interchange’s steel superstructure is now complete, with the construction on time to open in spring 2020.
Built on the site of the existing bus station, the £32.7m interchange will allow people to easily change between bus, rail, Metrolink and cycling. Its high-quality facilities will include electronic information and ‘Changing Places’ toilets.
