One man managed to bring traffic to standstill on Monday (27 March) after refusing to move from in front of a bus for 20 minutes.

The man refused to move

Causing tailbacks on Putney Hill, the stand-off is said to have caused huge delays.

It was reported the man was angry that his regular bus stop had been closed for repair works.
