Ticket sales for the routeone Awards presentation evening on 8 November at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole are progressing strongly, with only a small number of tables and individual places still available.
Organiser Diversified Communications reports that over 750 seats at the event are now accounted for. With three weeks left until winners are announced at the highly-anticipated gathering, those who are considering attending but are yet to make a booking have been urged not to delay in doing so.
The evening will be staged in the hotel’s Monarch Suite. Work by the seven-strong team of judges was completed in August and a celebrity co-host is in place to both present the 16 Awards and entertain guests.
Categories once again include the Special Award, for which a member of the industry who has made a stellar contribution over many years has been chosen independently by the judging panel.
In addition, 2023 sees the debut of the Coach Tourism Programme of the Year category. It sits alongside other ever-popular categories that recognise excellence among people and operators. All have generated a strong field of entries. Finalists were revealed in July and a comprehensive list of them can be found here.
Speaking about the anticipated sell-out attendance, Event Director Helen Conway says: “We are delighted with the level of interest in the 2023 routeone Awards shown by entrants, guests, and our industry partners, sponsors and supporters as we approach the most anticipated event of the industry’s calendar: Our presentation evening.
“Everything is in hand to ensure that the 2023 routeone Awards meet the standards set in previous years. We look forward to welcoming the coach and bus sector and its stakeholders to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 8 November.”
Places are available at £184 plus VAT for individual seats, and £2,208 plus VAT for a table of 12. For further information and ticket sales, please visit the routeone Awards website.
