Daishs Holidays names Ryan Penhallurick as Driver and Compliance Manager

Daish’s Holidays has promoted Ryan Penhallurick (pictured) to the newly created role of Driver and Compliance Manager.

Mr Penhallurick steps up from having been a coach driver for Daish’s, a position he held for almost 12 months. He is based at the company’s Bournemouth head office and, working alongside Daish’s Scheduling and Logistics Manager and Fleet Manager, is responsible for managing 41 drivers.

Speaking about the promotion, Mr Penhallurick says: “I am thoroughly enjoying my new role and I have had supportive messages from both the drivers and hotels.

“Daish’s Holidays provides extensive training opportunities for employees to assist with career progression, and I am excited to have completed a Transport Manager CPC qualification as part of my new role.

“It is great to be part of the Daish’s family and I am very excited to have been given the opportunity to progress my career at a company of this calibre. I am looking forward to the challenge of being responsible for overseeing the driving team of an operator of such a considerable size.”

Adds Daish’s Holidays Commercial Director Paul Harper: “We congratulate Ryan on his promotion to this newly created role of Driver and Compliance Manager.

“He will play an important role in delivering driver training to improve standards, when necessary, to ensure that our driving staff always maintain the highest standard of operation for our customers in terms of service, punctuality and presentation.”
