Mandy Davis has been appointed as Service Delivery and Control Manager for Go North East (GNE).

This is a newly created role that was made to help the company improve its operational performance for customers.

Mandy has 26 years of experience in public transport delivery and customer service, and has moved to GNE from Blackpool Transport.

Mandy says: ā€œI’m delighted to be joining Team GNE given its great reputation across the industry and taking on the challenge of a larger operation with a mix of town, city and interurban express operations.ā€
