Could you please do something to educate the news editors of the BBC, who clearly need assistance in differentiating between coaches and buses?
Regarding the confusion between the two terms, I do not think it gives a good impression of the industry when it is suggested that passengers are being moved long distances, in this instance from Oxfordshire to Wirral, on a vehicle which typically has less comfortable seating and limited legroom.
After all, a coach trip is often quite different to the type of journey you might traditionally take when commuting to work or visiting the shops.
