My six-year-old son Toby is crazy about buses.
He has a subscription to routeone magazine, which he religiously reads every week. In 2015 we were invited to Coach & Bus Live at the NEC in Birmingham, a day that he adored, and he was featured in issue 610 of routeone on page 42.
In the Easter holidays he will be doing a 12-hour Busathon in and around Northampton on Stagecoach buses to raise money for charity.
Toby is totally obsessed with buses – his love for them has grown and grown over the years. He now spends his time looking through bus timetables and planning bus routes, which he will spend hours and hours doing.
He will be using his love of buses to raise money for a charity which is very dear to him. Toby has a condition called Hirschsprung's Disease. There is more information regarding this on his JustGiving page.
The Busathon will take place the week beginning 3 April (exact date TBC). We would love to have the support of the industry.
His JustGiving page is at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/TobySomers. Any support you could give us would be amazing.
